| Duties: | The successful candidate shall: Oversee the work activities of cleaners and support operations Discuss agreements with sponsors to recruit foreign male labor if needed and assist in finalizing their official papers Schedule cleaning staff (foreign cleaners and local housekeepers)and coordinate with customers Assist in training, coaching and developing new team members Ensure all assigned duties are carried out expertly and promptly and that resources are efficiently utilized Conduct regular cleaning audits and collect information after service is done Submit reports with regards to cleaning personnel attendance and estimation cost and assist in pricing Maintain and develop client relationships and visit customers to close a deal Possess excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills |
